We’re here to help, and give you all the support you need, whether you are a first time runner or an elite athlete. The idea behind it
The #RunEveryDay initiative is capturing this spirit of what Ron has dedicated a lifetime to. Decades ago, not content at being the fastest man in the world over 26.2 miles, he set out to run every day. On December 20th 2014 he clocked-up fifty years. That’s fifty years of running every day – no matter what. He now holds the world record. And now it’s your turn to be a part of it in our October Challenge..RunEveryDay | The idea behind it
How to participate
Runners can simply document their run streak through photos and stories from the road and hills on the Ronhill Facebook, Twitter and Instagram accounts. Look out for daily prizes & giveaways – we want to help you reach your goal. Additionally, sign up to the #RunEveryDay Strava run group and log your streak that way.RunEveryDay | Strava Club | Join
On every day throughout the month there will be a competition and a prize from the new AW16 range. Follow Ronhill Facebook, Twitter & Instagram so you don’t miss out. We have 100 x signature #RunEveryDay caps as random giveaways. There will be an overall winner picked randomly for completing all 31 days and will receive £1000 rrp in kit.

We’ll have inputs on training sessions, nutrition, preparing your body to run, & the correct clothing to wear with your chance to win prizes along the way.
