Oliver Carter, Marketing Manager added “It’s a pleasure to see the brands grow in Hong Kong thanks to the enthusiasm and energy put in by our brand partners. Working closely with the team based in Hong Kong has been important. Seeing the global #RunEveryDay campaign drive the largest response from any of their previous consumer engagement campaigns was fruition of this passion and planning. It has provided great brand exposure and a platform for interaction with local runners.”

During the recent trip Ronhill and Hilly Marketing Assistant Jack Martin took part in the Standard Chartered 10k. A race that is part of the major Hong Kong race programme; which features over 74,000 people taking part in the marathon, half-marathon and 10k events.

Jack led the field from the start line to win the event in 31 minutes 45 seconds, which created a large media buzz around the event creating exceptional levels of brand exposure for Ronhill in local news and further Far East media outlets.

Jack says of his win “it was a fantastic opportunity to visit Hong Kong, meet our distributors in their own country as well as take part in their major 10k of the year. It was great experience racing along the roads of Hong Kong and to finish first in front of such an enthusiastic crowd of spectators and media, something I won’t forget too quickly!”
