A run streak is a great way of creating a solid exercise habit and building up your fitness quickly, so whether you choose a streak of 7 days, 14 days, 21 days or an entire month, our easy to follow training plans will get you into the routine.

These plans have been created by Christina Macdonald a highly experienced fitness writer and editor with more than 20 years’ of experience in media. A keen runner herself, she has completed numerous 5K and 10K events, ten half marathons and two marathons. She is also a qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer and running group leader.
