Trail Running as an Experience

Trail running is an experience every runner deserves to have.

Planning the route comes first, how will you get there? What's the best road to follow? It can feel uncertain at first - exploring new routes. However, it's the uncertainty that brings the feeling of achievement at the end.

Being lost is part of the journey, as is finding our way back. The trails are there to welcome us and spend some time with them.

As runners we are constantly exposed to the elements, in one with nature and the vast beauty it keeps in secret but also shows. There is always more to explore, as long as you are willing to. Preparing for a trail running day is preparing for another adventure.

Invite some friends or do it alone. Each option has its own beauty. Trail running has it all. The fresh air, the summits, the mesmerising sunrises and the breath-taking sunsets. The sunny days, the windy ones, the dry and the wet ones.

Trail running is an experience every runner
deserves to have. It opens our eyes further, to new possibilities and reminds
us that training, apart from rigorous, can also be fun.
