Job Title: Tech Rep – OSC Running Group
Location: Nationwide

Reports To: Footwear sales rep – OSC Running Group

We’re currently seeking a Tech Rep to join our close-knit team. 
As Tech Rep, you’ll play a key role in promoting, educating and driving sell-through of the OSC Running Group’s portfolio of performance running and recovery brands. 

From assisting the sales team through in-store merchandising, customer relationship management, brand engagement to driving overall sales objectives. 

In addition, the role serves to work closely with the Marketing team to organise, promote and deliver brand activations both at trade and consumer shows and events. 

Key Responsibilities:
• Train staff in retail stores to ensure they are knowledgeable and confident in selling the 
OSC-Running brands products with a key focus on footwear. 
• Drive a passion in retail staJ for the OSC-Running brands 
• Organise and execute Training sessions with store staJ both at independent and key 
account level. 
• Lead the education of the broader internal OSC staJ with regards OSC-Running brands 
product. 
• Organise and execute OSC-Running branded run group events 
• To attend and help organise buying group, trade and road shows along with certain 
customer events as appropriate.
• Job may involve working certain weekends and bank holidays, evening events, along with 
nights away during the week. 
• To support the overall sales function of OSC-Run across all of the brands. 
• Work with marketing department to promote OSC Running brands and events. 
• To maximize call rate and relevant OSC-Run retailer contact
• Attend seasonal launches
• Attend brand and sales meetings, and other company organized brand training sessions or courses.
• To ensure that all ISO procedures associated with this job are done in line with 
documentation and any changes are managed according to ISO requirement.
• To take responsibility for contributing to own training and development.
• To carry out any other job-related duties which may be requested from time to time by 
senior staff
• To behave as a good ambassador for OSC Running Group brands at all times
• To keep company property (phones, laptops etc.) in good condition and functioning 
properly.

About You:
You’re a passionate individual who is great communicator, is self-motivated and demonstrates good organisational skills.

You’ll have a love for running, be proactive, engaging, have a can-do attitude and a willingness to roll up your sleeves and get involved.
Ideally, you’ll bring:
• A degree (desirable) or educated to further education level
• An understanding of and passion for the sport of running with a good knowledge of running 
product and the benefits thereof. 
• Strong verbal and written communication & social skills
• Strong presentation skills
• Familiarity with social media platforms, content scheduling, and CMS tools
• Competent in Microsoft Office applications
• Good personal organisation and time management skills.
